Our menu is contemporary American fare and is a mélange of flavors, so you will find something that will please just about anyone in your family or group. Our menu features steaks cooked in a 1600-degree broiler, woodfire grilled fresh seafood, gourmet pizza, sushi and salads.

It is our love of great food that is the cornerstone of this concept. Our menu shows our passion for great food with our hallmark being our understanding of excellence in service to our guests'. Just like the great food America is known for, so is true of the great architecture. The restaurant captures our passion for the great outdoors with the use of wood, stone and natural light. Enter into our building and see the ceiling rise to allow the sunlight in, walk outside to our expansive patio, where you can have a drink and share time under the stars.

Our facilities have been designed to accommodate a couple, family or group in one of our many booths, which allow you to dine in a more intimate setting.

We also offer private rooms for groups of twelve (12) to fifty (50) and will design a menu to meet your guest needs or occasion.

The room can also be used for business meetings and is equipped with a projector and screen for use in presentations.

Julio Martinez

julio2Julio Martinez is the Executive Chef at Brimstone Woodfire Grill in Pembroke Pines, Florida. He has served in this position since 2014. In this role, Mr. Martinez is responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen and its personnel. He coordinates all kitchen activities including determining food costs and availability, planning menu items and creating new recipes for the restaurant.
